coaching & me
I’m Vicky, a Co-Active (CTI) and Designing Your Life trained and certified coach with over 15 years supporting small businesses in the creative industries and a professional life span working within education.
I’m a born and bred East Londoner, who has lived in the States and Asia and travelled extensively in between.
I have a passion for wellbeing, food, fitness and in particular running, and am an advocate for mental health awareness.
I have a long time interest in psychology, philosophy, wisdom, people, and cultures and spend a lot of my time reading and listening to podcasts about such things.
My coaching came about from a beautiful collision of all these things at a time when I realised I wanted more from my career.... and I totally fell in love with it.
my coaching approach
Coaching is a place to think and become more self aware. It provides the headspace to explore and find your own answers so that you can work to be your best self or design and create your future life.
I trained with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) using the Co-Active coaching model. CTI are the world's largest in-person and online coach training and leadership development organisation and known as the gold standard in coaching.
I'm a certified Design Your Life Coach, and thus trained to use tools and techniques created by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans from Standford’s Life Design Lab.
I have also completed Shizard Charmine’s Positive Intelligence coaching programme.
With a creative education and working background, I’m interested in using design thinking approaches for life coaching, and I design coaching tools and exercises as part of my practice.
Through coaching I can work with you on; increasing productivity and performance, shifting mindsets, challenging what holds you back, understanding motivation, goal setting, time management, decision making, fulfillment and self awareness.
my values as a coach
Values work is a key component in my coaching and my own values as a coach are an important way to understand my style and approach.
